Online Learning for a New Generation

“Most people think they will get bored with e-learning, we’re here to show you that not all eLearning is boring” – Keith McMean

What We Offer Your Organisation

Structured virtual classrooms where your staff, your intrapreneurs, can learn what it’s like to change an organisation from the inside out. We know that you have great ambition for the people in your organisation to think and operate like entrepreneurs.

Our peer to peer virtual classrooms modules will help your staff learn the following:

  • Entrepreneurial Thinking
  • Commercial Thinking
  • Innovation thinking
  • Breaking Down Silos
  • Leadership Techniques
  • Working Independently
  • Decision Making

Virtual Classrooms

Today, more than ever, the need for eLearning is apparent. We can not get together in a group of 6 or more people and learn in the normal way, we have to come up with new and innovative ideas.

Our virtual classrooms are run using Zoom, and recorded, we find that this is far and away the best platform to use. Each of our modules are broken down into individual lessons so its really easy to absorb and get the most from each one.

Each lesson is live and lasts approximately 3 hours with 10min breaks every 40 mins, we take every precaution to stop fatigue creeping in. But as our lessons are fully interactive and every member is fully engaged the time flies by.

What’s The Cost?

We take a maximum of 15 and a minimum of 5 to ensure that your staff get the best possible experience.

eLearning

“I think we gained a lot from developing a shared vision of what can be achieved with a fresh mindset, we now need to set time aside to make it happen.”

The Benefits of eLearning for your Organisation

eLearning has completely transformed the way in which learning is imparted to organisations. Unlike traditional classroom style of teaching, eLearning makes learning simpler, easier, and more effective. Here are some of the reasons why your organisation should let us help you find your rising stars.

Why Choose eLearning For Your Organisation?

Today’s intrapreneurs want relevant, mobile, self-paced, and personalised content relevant to their needs. This need is fulfilled with the online mode of learning; here, your staff can learn at their own pace. Let’s take a look at the advantages of online learning.

eLearning Accommodates Everyone’s Needs

The online method of learning is best suited for everyone who wants to learn. This digital revolution has led to remarkable changes in how the content is accessed, consumed, discussed, and shared. Online educational courses can be taken up by all your staff, not just the ones who want to make a difference, at the time that suits them. Depending on their availability and comfort, many people choose to learn at weekends or evenings.

Lessons Can Be Taken Any Number Of Times

Unlike classroom teaching, our virtual classrooms sessions are recorded via Zoom you can access the content an unlimited number of times. This is especially helpful if your staff members want to go back and review the lesson. In traditional forms of learning, if you can not attend the lecture, then you have to prepare for that topic on your own; in eLearning, you can attend the lectures whenever you want with ease. We make it really easy to catch up.

Offers Access To Updated Content

A major benefit of learning online is that it makes sure your staff have access to updated content whenever they want or need it. We are constantly updating our virtual lessons to suit your requirements.

Quick Delivery Of Lessons

eLearning is a way to provide quick delivery of lessons. As compared to traditional classroom teaching methods, this mode has relatively quick delivery cycles. This indicates that the time required to learn is reduced to 25%-60% of what is required in traditional learning. There are some of the reasons why the learning time is reduced by eLearning:

  • Lessons starts quickly and also wrapped up in a single learning session. This enables training programs to easily roll out within a few weeks, or sometime even days.
  • Your staff can define their own speed of learning instead of following the speed of the whole group.
  • Saves time as an employee does not need to travel to the training venue. They can learn at the comfort of their chosen place.
  • Staff can choose to study specific and relevant areas of the learning material without focusing on each and every area. For example, they can skip certain areas they do not want to learn.

Scalability

eLearning helps in creating and communicating new training, concepts, and ideas. This helps the learner to quickly grasp what it is you are trying to implement. especially when its culture change etc.

Consistency

eLearning enables us to get a higher degree of coverage to communicate your chosen message in a consistent way for your staff. This ensures that all employees receive the same type of training with this learning mode.

Reduced Costs

eLearning is cost effective as compared to traditional forms of learning.  The reason for the price reduction is because learning through this mode happens quickly and easily. A lot of training time is reduced with respect to trainers, travel, course materials, and accommodation.

This cost effectiveness also helps in enhancing the profitability of your organisation, because, when your staff are studying at their chosen place, you do not have to reimburse for travel and subsistence etc.

Effectiveness

eLearning has a positive influence on an organisation’s profitability. It makes it easy to grasp the content and digest it:

  • It results in improved scores on certifications, or other types of evaluation.
  • Enhanced ability to learn and implement the new processes or knowledge at the workplace.
  • Help in retaining information over a longer time.

Less Impact On Environment

As eLearning is a paperless way of learning, it protects the environment to a greater extent. As per a study carried on eLearning courses, it has been found that distance-based learning programs consumed around 90% less power and generated 85% less amount of CO2 emissions as compared to traditional classroom based courses. With eLearning, there is no need to cut down trees for paper. Thus, eLearning is a highly eco-friendly way of learning.

Conclusion

Due to the wide set of benefits it gives to your staff, eLearning has become very popular and appreciated among students all over the world.

We want to empower you to create positive impacts for yourself, your staff, and the rest of the world. We want to light the fire for intrapreneurs to find new ways of developing the business, local economies, and communities.
