TEG: Boardroom

The ultimate workshop for executive leadership training

C-Suite executive training workshop

C-Suites will be challenged. This workshop provides real-world business scenarios to assist leadership performance, succession, ambiguity, corporate risk, and the importance of whole-of-system decision-making.

Unlike traditional C-Suite executive training our business workshop lets you see the impact of decisions in real scenarios helping you find the processes that work in a safe environment where failure is encouraged as part of a valuable learning experience.

Participants will have to build the governance around improvements, make profit, and create an organisation that is agile and, hence, able to react to changing marketplace conditions.

Implementation

There are three phases to a TEG:Boardroom implementation:

Needs analysis

  • Needs analysis: interview with you, the stakeholder to establish the following:
    • strategic priorities,
    • overarching performance of the team,
    • individual strengths and weaknesses,
    • alignment of team with the strategy, and
    • performance against the strategy.
  • Identification and prioritisation of key outcomes: to ensure that the maximum value is created from implementation, it is essential to understand the objectives of the programme of work from three different points of view:
    • organisation,
    • team level and
    • individual objectives.
  • Planning the implementation of TEG:Boardroom, preparing a list of attendees, agenda for the board, and the set-up of the session.

Delivery

  • Based on the needs analysis, the facilitation of the workshop is adapted to meet the needs of the programme of work. Innovation and ideas created are captured.
  • After each round, teams reflect to improve their performance in future rounds. Innovations and improvements are captured by the facilitator.

Real-world mapping

After a session, the facilitator will work with the team to take the captured learnings and map them to their own workplace functions. As a final step, these are translated into specific actions for immediate implementation.

  • Review: capture innovations and learnings.
  • Map: apply innovations to real-life problems.
  • Action: specific focused changes for immediate application.

“This is probably one of the best training tools I have ever seen.”
